To Grade 2022 Students,
In accordance with the cooperation agreement between our college and ICN Business School, France, we will continue to offer the "3+1" Undergraduate Exchange Program and the "3+1+X" Combined Bachelor's-Master's Program with ICN Business School in 2025. The college plans to select approximately 12 eligible undergraduate students for a one-year exchange study in France. Participants in the undergraduate program are exempt from ICN tuition fees. Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a Bachelor of Management certificate from ICN. Students in the Combined Bachelor's-Master's Program can also obtain a relevant Master's degree from ICN Business School. Details are as follows:
I. Selection Plan
1. Planned Quota:
"3+1" Exchange Students: 5
"3+1+X" Combined Bachelor's-Master's: 7
2. Major Requirements:
The "3+1" program is limited to current Grade 2022 undergraduate students majoring in Economics and Management.
The "3+1+X" Combined Bachelor's-Master's program is open to students from all majors across the university.
3. Program Duration:
Selected students will depart for ICN Business School, France in September 2025 for a 10-month exchange study period.
4. Tuition:
ICN Business School waives the tuition fees for the undergraduate phase for selected students.
II. Application Requirements
1. Be at least 18 years old, hold Chinese nationality, love the socialist motherland, possess good political qualities, have no record of illegal or disciplinary violations, and demonstrate a sense of commitment and responsibility to serve the national development upon completion of studies.
2. Be physically and mentally healthy, and enthusiastic about participating in social practice and public welfare activities.
3. Academic Requirements:
"3+1" Program: An average score of no less than 85 (out of 100) or a GPA of no less than 3.5 (out of 4.0).
"3+1+X" Program: A weighted average score of no less than 80 (out of 100) for required courses taken so far, or a GPA of no less than 3.0 (out of 4.0).
4. Language Proficiency Standards:

III. Selection Process
1. By March 2, 2025: Search for the WeChat public account `SICAU-liuxue` or scan the QR code at the end of this notice. Click on the "Application Channel" to fill out and submit the online application form.
2. March 3 - March 6, 2025 (Before 18:00): Applicants must email the required supporting documents to: `1579342510@qq.com`. Documents include:

All documents must be in PDF format. Compress all files into a single folder named: "StudentID-Name".
3. By March 14, 2025: The college will organize a joint interview for eligible candidates. The interview panel will consist of representatives from the Sichuan Agricultural University International Office, the College of Economics, and the ICN Business School China Office. Adhering to the principles of "Openness, Fairness, and Impartiality," the interview will assess the candidate's academic performance, language proficiency, comprehensive quality, development potential, study abroad goals and plans, moral character, and physical/mental health.
4. By March 21, 2025: The college will publicize the list of preliminarily selected students for 3 working days.
IV. Introduction to ICN
Founded in 1905 by the University of Nancy and the CCI of Meurthe-et-Moselle, ICN Business School is one of the earliest elite Grandes Écoles in France. The school offers a wide range of French and international degree programs at the Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD levels, hosting students from 120 countries.
ICN has three campuses: Nancy Campus and Metz Campus in France, and the Nuremberg Campus in Germany. To meet the study abroad aspirations of more outstanding undergraduates, the college, in cooperation with ICN Business School, offers the following self-funded programs for Grade 2021 students (all majors welcome). 1. "4+1" Master of Science (MSc) Programs (Post-Bachelor's):
Grade 2021 students can go directly to ICN France for a one-year Master of Science. Optional majors include: Marketing & Innovation, Luxury & Design Management, International Audit & Compliance, International Finance, Finance and Risk Management, Supply Chain Management & Purchasing, International Business Development, Culture and Creative Industries Management.
2. "4+2" Master in Management (Grande École Programme):
Grade 2021 students can study for two years at ICN Business School. The optional program is the Master in Management, which offers 16 specializations. This program is ranked 57th globally in the 2022 Financial Times ranking. Exchange opportunities are available with partner institutions such as Carnegie Mellon University (USA), Georgia Institute of Technology (USA), University Laval (Canada), Uppsala University (Sweden), University of Bologna (Italy), Copenhagen Business School (Denmark), University of Bath (UK), etc.
