Since 2016, international students who are applying for admissions to Sichuan Agricultural University should apply online. The Online Application System is on http://220.127.116.11/. The paper application is not acceptable.
The steps are as followed.
1. Account Registration and Activation
International students who are applying for admissions need to register in the Sichuan Agriculture University International Student Online Application System, as shown in Figure 1.
On the homepage of the Online Application System, the applicant needs to register an account with a valid email address and set up a password by clicking the “Login” to enter the login screen, as shown in Figure 2.
Please fill the valid email address and set the password, as shown in Figure 3.
Notice: This email address will be used as the main contact of the applicant. The application information, student notification and even alumni connection will be sent to this email address. Therefore, permanent and valid personal email address is strongly recommended. All the consequence caused by the incorrect email address or the improper operation should be borne by the applicant.
(2) Account Activation
The applicant will be noticed to login the email account to view the activation mail, as shown in Figure 4.
After registration the applicant will receive an email including the activation link. The applicant can activate the account by clicking the link, as shown in Figure 5.
The applicants can apply online after account activation, as shown in Figure 6.
2. Selection of Applicable Program
When the applicant clicks to select the proper program, an online application form will be created and readied for filling up, as shown in Figure 7.
By clicking the link "Apply", the user will see a list of currently available programs to apply for. For the schedule of each program, please refer to the information at the website of International Students Office (http://is.Sichuan Agricultural.edu.cn).Different program requires different procedure. If applicants fill these forms in mistake, your application will be sent back, refused or cannot meet your study needs. If you miss the application deadline, please do not try to pass filled in the application form to submit other program.
Notice: the type of program refers to the program you want to apply for in Sichuan Agriculture University, as shown in Figure 8.
Once the program is selected, an application form is created for the applicant to fill up.
Before you apply please read the admissions to Undergraduate/Graduate/Doctoral Program carefully and select confirm I have read it (postgraduate and doctoral program need to submit Acceptance Letter from Host-Supervisor), as shown in Figure 9.
In most fields of the form, there will be a tip to explain the meaning of the field. Please follow the instructions to make sure the contents you input meet the requirement. Applicant can fill their own information, as shown in Figure 10.
Upon submission, the system will automatically validate the form. If the contents do not meet the requirement literally, it will fail to submit and error messages are displayed to help the applicant correct the information in the form. If the form is submitted, the application reviewer will be able to review, and the applicant is not able to edit any more, unless it is discarded, as shown in Figure 11.
All the current applications created by the applicant will be displayed on the page of "My Applications", which will open after each logging in. Applicants can click “edit” to modify your application information and “Reapply’ to change your apply program, as shown in Figure 12.
After submitting your application form, about 5 days later, the applicants will receive an E-mail as an notification about whether your application be passed the first trial, shown as follow pictures:

If the applicants do not pass the first trial because of incomplete information, please click “edit” to complete your information and resubmit, as shown in Figure 13.
After passing the audit, please download and sign the entrance application form of SICAU for foreign students, as shown in Figure 14.
Continue to fulfill the application information for scholarship (if the applicants is self-supported students ,you do not to fill this form), after submitting the application, please download and sign the form of scholarship application of SICAU, as shown in Figure 15.

Please submit your documents according to the requirement in this system.
Notice: the documents only can be submitted as PDF form and each document should in 5MB, if the document is over 5MB it can’t be submitted successful, as shown in Figure 16.
After finishing your submit, you can check the form by clicking “check”, if you cannot check it, please resubmit, as shown in Figure 17.
3. Pay the application fee and upload the receipt
The applicant can pay the Application Fee of 600 Yuan in two ways (Non-refundable)
1) The Applicant or other behalf go to the Sichuan Agricultural University International Student Office (Room 425, general administration building, Ya'an Campus, Sichuan Agricultural University, Room 411, The first complex building of Chengdu Campus, Sichuan Agricultural University) to receive a bill of payment, take the bill to the financial department to pay, copy of the bill of payment should be restored to International Student Office and upload it to the application System.
2) Bank transfer; upload the bill of payment to the application System. (Remittance bank information to see the general regulations of international students’ enrollments.)
Once the application fee is paid, whether the applicant cancels the application, or the applicant is accepted and any other circumstances, the application fee will not be refunded.
After the completion of the online application, the applicant's application materials will be processed in accordance with the different types of projects, after the approval of the Sichuan Agricultural University foreign student enrollment Review Group through the rear can be accepted, please pay attention to ISO website and email notification message.
After the admission results are determined, the applicant can be in the "my application" to see the corresponding admission results.
